Role - Network Admin (Network Routing(WAN Technology)
Years of Experience - 8 to 10 years
Location - Bangalore and Pune
Switching / Routing / Firewall
Good-to-Have
Wireless (Aruba/Cisco), SDWAN, SDN, ISE, Load balancers
Responsibility
Run the customer network IT infrastructure in a stable, secure, supported environment that minimizes technical and operational risk. Maintain high uptime and high degree of service availability for core services.
Adhere to the ITIL process and procedure for managing the customer network with respective to the defined sites and services.
Follow the change management policies, organization CERT measure plans and Info Sec standards.
Up-to-date documentations of network services including the Major incidents, RCAs, CMDB, Inventory, KEDBs and network diagrams
Flexible and ability to work and support team in 24x7 environment
Must take proactive lead and engage with customer on daily basis and provide help wherever required.
