    - Having good knowledge on Routing and Switching, knows routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP.

    - Hands on experience on Meraki Switches and Wireless.

    - SDWAN & Wireless knowledge would be added advantage.

    - JNCIA certified.

    - Having good troubleshooting skills on Juniper & Meraki Network devices.

    -Experience in Tier-2 support, network troubleshooting, handling escalation, Root-cause analysis (RCA) and SLA's

    - Should be able to coordinate with internal clients to understand their network requirements.

    - Ability to multi-task effectively, good communication and interpersonal skills.
    - CAB Meeting handling with offshore, onshore & change management team for implementing changes on production & change approvals per ITIL procedures.

    - Familiarity with ITSM & SNOW (Service Now) ticketing tools.

    - Ready to work 24*7 shifts.
