Job Description
To meet the support demands of our corporate customers regarding the problems and other requests that may arise regarding the systems that are running within the scope of the SLA, together with our other technical consultants in our technical team.
To be able to set up and manage the above mentioned products and services in project-based studies,
To be ready to work on a 7x24 basis when necessary,
Periodically checking that the serviced products are working without any problems, stable and up-to-date, and developing effective and permanent solutions for the elimination of problems; To perform optimization and tuning operations on the established network.
To follow up the support requests made abroad, when necessary, related to the products supported
Regular reporting and documentation of the work done
To search for solutions to new needs that will arise in the systems under his interest and management, to take an active role in new projects ...
