Job Description
Purpose
The MIS Team Lead (L3) provides senior-level technical leadership and operational oversight for enterprise managed infrastructure services. This role serves as the highest technical escalation point, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement across network, security, cloud, server, application, voice, and data center services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the final (L3) escalation point for critical incidents and complex technical issues.
Lead advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.
Ensure effective service delivery aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based processes.
Coordinate with L1/L2 teams to maintain operational efficiency and service continuity.
Mentor and train engineers, supporting skill development and escalation readiness.
