Overview
To meet the support requests regarding the problems and other requests that may arise regarding the systems running in our corporate customers within the scope of SLA, together with our other technical consultants in our support team, to be able to set up and manage the above mentioned products and services in project-based studies, and to be ready to work on a 7x24 basis when necessary.
Periodically testing the operability of the network, developing effective and permanent solutions for recurring problems; to perform optimization and tuning operations on the established network. To follow up the support requests made abroad, when necessary, related to the products supported. Regular reporting and documentation of the work done. To search for solutions to new needs that will arise in networks that are in his interest and management, to take an active role in new projects that will occur within this scope.
