Job Description
Role - Network Architect
Years of Experience - 8 to 12 years
Location - Delhi
Define and document network design related to overall ICON platform architecture
Design network solution in line with business requirement
Liaise with Architect and support partners for functional & non-functional technical requirement
Develop solution that meets scalability, resiliency and security requirements
Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
Oversee and enable network solution implementation and configuration as per design and business requirement
Provide technical guidance and support to ICON program team and workstreams within it
Document and define network architecture for ICON technology platform
Collaboratively work with Enterprise Architect and other architects to enable ADA sign-off and represent the solution in appropriate technical forums and design discussions and where approvals are required from JLR stakeholders
Act as point of contact for network architecture related queries, concerns and best practices
Observability – Dynatrace, Operations Bridge Manager (OBM), NMMi, App Dynamic, Thousand Eyes
AIOPs – Helix BHOM, Splunk etc.
ITSM – Helix, Service Now
Cloud – Azure, AWS, GCP
Gen AI platform – Azure GPT, Google Vertex, Amazon Q
Network LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi – Switching/Routing (Cisco, Altavista etc), Security (Cisco ASA, Paulo Alto)
N/w Operations Mgmt – Cisco DNAC
Backlog Mgmt – JIRA
Productivity Tools – MS Teams, Confluence, Share Point
Project Mgmt – Planview, Clarity
IDT Management Team
Service Delivery & change management teams.
