Network Control Officer - Trainee

As a Network Control Officer, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient movement of trains across the Public Transport Authority’s (PTA) urban rail network. Working within the-state-of-the-art Network Control Centre, you will operate at the heart of a fast‑paced, highly coordinated environment where your decisions directly impact operational safety, service delivery, and the customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for controlling rail traffic and managing network occupations to ensure services run to schedule and in accordance with the PTA’s Safe Working Rules, Procedures, and operational guidelines. You will continually prepare, monitor, review, and restore scheduled activities, ensuring that all movements across the network are conducted safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
