Job Description

Arc Infrastructure’s network control team forms a critical part of our business, as it holds the primary responsibility for the safe, economical and effective monitoring and control of train services across our entire rail network. We currently have an opportunity Network/Train Controllers on a permanent basis.

About You

To be successful in the role of a Network Controller you must possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organisation, spatial awareness and concentration as well as sound analytical skills;
  • Resilience and ability to stay calm in emergency situations;
  • Flexibility to work rotating shift rosters, which cover 24/7 operations;

Our offices are based in Canning Vale working 12 hour shifts over a 38 hour (average) working week on a rolling roster.
