Role: Network Engineer
Job location: Saudi Arabia (Makkah)
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Responsibilities:
Configure IP Telephone(Vo IP) systems
Configure call routing, dial plans, numbering, and voice features
Integrate IP TEL solutions with network infrastructure and applications
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve voice quality and service issues
Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations
Conduct testing, validation, and performance tuning of voice services
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Work with network, IT, and operations teams to ensure service continuity
