Network Engineer

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Network Engineer is a proactive, hands-on technical professional responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of Holiday Inn Club Vacations' on-premises, cloud, and campus-wide network infrastructure. This role owns network monitoring and alerting, oversees Cisco Meraki and voice administration (CUCM), maintains UPS power systems, and provides Tier‑4 support for wired and wireless connectivity. The ideal candidate lives and breathes network operations, embraces continuous improvement, and delivers top‑tier customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
