Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve L2-level network incidents escalated from L1 support.
  • Configure, manage, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
  • Monitor network performance and respond to alerts from monitoring tools.
  • Implement approved changes in the network environment, including upgrades and patching.
  • Support VPN configuration, VLAN setup, and routing protocol management (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and IT policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, topology diagrams, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for cross-functional troubleshooting and projects.
