Position Overview

The role involves performing rack and stack activities, IOS upgrades, and device health validation for a range of network infrastructure components including switches, routers, servers, and wireless access points.

This position requires hands-on technical expertise, attention to detail, and effective coordination with remote support and client teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with service delivery standards and SLAs.
