We are seeking a versatile and proactive Network Engineer to support and maintain network infrastructure across multiple office locations and remote environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to differentiate between network and non-network issues, and a willingness to explore creative solutions.

This role involves working with both wired and wireless technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN tunnels, and remote access platforms. The candidate will contribute to office infrastructure deployments, assist with network configuration and testing, and support third-party applications such as Citrix, RDP, Cloud PC, and WVD.

In addition to day-to-day operations, the engineer will be expected to research emerging technologies, support implementation of new solutions, and stay current with industry trends. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while maintaining clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, is essential.

• Mandatory Skills: Support, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, VLANs, routing tables, VPNs, SD-WAN, Firewall and wireless networks, LAN, WAN, and cloud platforms Citrix, RDP, Cloud PC, WVD, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise or Security

Key Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, VLANs, routing tables, VPNs, SD-WAN, and wireless networks
• Maintain network performance by managing configurations and proactively resolving issues across LAN, WAN, and cloud platforms
• Assist with office infrastructure deployments, including equipment setup, configuration, and testing
• Perform requirements analysis and support implementation of solutions for Cisco and cloud-based network systems
• Investigate and document issues in on-premises and cloud environments, including third-party applications (Citrix, RDP, Cloud PC, WVD)
• Monitor network health and collaborate with senior engineers on performance optimization
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Plan and document network changes and new deployments
• Maintain and update network documentation and topology
• Contribute to capacity and availability planning and reporting
• Follow established processes and procedures within the network engineering team
• Stay current with certifications and expand technical knowledge through training and research
• Report network status and assist in project coordination
• Collaborate effectively with infrastructure and application teams
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Participate in off-hours support and on-call rotation as needed
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance during off-hours
• Research and evaluate new technologies to support future network improvements and innovation
