Network Engineer - BLR

Technical:

§ Sound knowledge of Pulse Remote Access and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) VPN solutions.

§ Familiarity with load balancer technology

§ Scripting and automation experience (Python,

§ Knowledge of Certificate Authority, certificate management, key management, and key storage

§ Knowledge of CAPI, key stores, keychain, key escrow, key history

§ Symmetric, Asymmetric keys

§ Knowledge of encryption and hashing algorithms

§ Evaluation, engineering, and implementation of new security technologies including but not limited to encryption (file/folder/whole disk/email), desktop/web security, PKI, smart cards

§ knowledge of encryption and hashing algorithms

§ Security protocols

§ knowledge of security concepts

§ Understanding of IPSEC and SSL VPN protocols

§ Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and dynamic routing protocols

§ Understanding of mobile computing including WLAN and cellular

§ Understanding of firewall policies with experience making firewall rule changes.

§ Understanding of Layer 7 ISO stack

§ Understanding of Internet and Intranet domains and DNS

§ Public vs. Private networks and addressing

§ Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)

§ Understanding of networking environments

§ Switched Ethernet

§ 802.11 wireless

§ Wide Area Network connectivity (MPLS, Committed Information Rate, VPN)

§ Previous experience working with a PKI and utilizing certificates

§ Understanding of web server technology

§ Understanding of LDAP and proxy technologies

§ General understanding of web security concepts

§ General knowledge of a wide array of encryption technologies and industry standards

§ Ability to adhere to established work processes.

§ Exposure on Cloud VPN technologies like Zscaler, Palo Alto would be an added advantage.
