Network Engineer ( Brasil/ Sao Paulo )

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer

Job Description

• Knowledge of Network Devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points preferably CISCO certified.
• Knowledge / understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANs.
• Patch phone ports to switch as needed.
• Troubleshooting of Avaya VOIP phones (knowledge on basic configuration).
• Troubleshoot issues with fiber links between switches – Able to visualize errors and communicate to remote technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and replace network switch chassis blades when required.
• Good to have understanding of any Data Center Infrastructure Management Application.
• Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, etc….
• Networking and Operating System basics.
• Assist network and data center admins (Internal, Customer and Vendor) as required during the course of technical troubleshooting.
