Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and enhance cloud and on-premises infrastructure across regional offices, working closely with the infrastructure team.
• Administer and monitor cloud network environments to ensure availability, performance, and reliability, with proactive issue identification and resolution.
• Provide ongoing infrastructure support, including system onboarding, troubleshooting, and resolution of helpdesk-related issues.
• Assist with infrastructure setup, upgrades, and migrations for agency offices as required.
