- Level II Support for different clients of the company
- Escalation of cases/issues of clients to principal support if needed
- Prepare and submit reports
- To pass certifications of the products carried by the company
- Giving quality feedback and service to customers at all times
- Provide support to clients on weekends and/or holidays if needed
- To present product presentation and demonstration
- Recommend best practice deployment to client
- Graduate of BS Information Technology or any related field
- Knowledgeable in networking
- In-depth knowledge of the four network types (LAN, WAN, MAN, and GAN)
- Can configure different types of VPN in different protocols
- Has background on configuring Routers, Network Switch, Firewall, and other computer networking devices
- Knowledgeable in different networking devices
- Can configure enterprise Access Point (AP)
