  • Level II Support for different clients of the company
  • Escalation of cases/issues of clients to principal support if needed
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • To pass certifications of the products carried by the company
  • Giving quality feedback and service to customers at all times
  • Provide support to clients on weekends and/or holidays if needed
  • To present product presentation and demonstration
  • Recommend best practice deployment to client
  • Graduate of BS Information Technology or any related field
  • Knowledgeable in networking
  • In-depth knowledge of the four network types (LAN, WAN, MAN, and GAN)
  • Can configure different types of VPN in different protocols
  • Has background on configuring Routers, Network Switch, Firewall, and other computer networking devices
  • Knowledgeable in different networking devices
  • Can configure enterprise Access Point (AP)
