 Network Engineer – Enterprise ( Global Support)

3.Key Result Areas
·         Improving the overall technical experience of users for the service and ensuring all customers get equitable and reliable services.
·         Complete understanding and deployment of network elements.
·         Planning network solutions as per customer requirements.
·          L2 Call Resolutions i.e. calls which are beyond pure connectivity.
·         Providing technical assistance, Troubleshooting and Application fine tuning.
·         Analyzing customer issues and suggesting further modifications.
·         Ensuring the quality of overall L1 call resolution through random checks and audits
  
5.Capabilities and competencies
Good communication skills.

Good technical Knowledge.
6.Experience
Experience in handling global customers/ worked on Linux – 2-5 years
7.Qualification
BE/B.Tech
