What you will do:
- Drive real-time optimization and ensure peak network performance for indoor, stadium, and temporary outdoor deployments (COWs, small cells), managing end-to-end deployment and optimization projects across venues like offices, hospitals, warehouses, factories, and stadiums.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Active and Passive DAS solutions and OEM small cells (CommScope, JMA, Corning, etc.), including commissioning and optimization requirements for Active DAS.
- Display advanced knowledge of indoor products and architectures (ENM, Baseband, Radios, LPRU, Radio DOT) and act as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues.
