Role: Network Engineer

Job location: Saudi Arabia (Makkah)

Experience: 2 - 4 Years


Responsibilities:


  • Configure IP Telephone(VoIP) systems
  • Configure call routing, dial plans, numbering, and voice features
  • Integrate IP TEL solutions with network infrastructure and applications
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve voice quality and service issues
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations
  • Conduct testing, validation, and performance tuning of voice services
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Work with network, IT, and operations teams to ensure service continuity
