Network Engineer

This position is open to both interns and full-time candidates.

The role can be based in Kuala Lumpur (KL) or Johor Bahru (JB).

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Network Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level IT infrastructure and opportunities for growth in technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless solutions).
• Coordinate closely with internal sales, project managers and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support according to SLA.
