Job Description
- Capture pre- and post-installation photos of the server room and installed hardware
- Collect MAC addresses of newly deployed Cisco IP phones
- Install, configure, and test new Cisco IP phone systems
- Decommission legacy systems and safely remove existing equipment
- Properly pack, label, and prepare decommissioned hardware for FedEx pickup
- Perform cable tracing and verification as required
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to deployment standards
