Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches across enterprise environments
- Implement and maintain routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and HSRP
- Design and manage switching solutions using VLAN, VTP, and EtherChannel
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure projects
- Provide L2 support and escalate issues to L3 when necessary
- Maintain documentation for network configurations and changes

Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies:
- OSPF (Open Shortest Path First)
- BGP (Border Gateway Protocol)
- HSRP (Hot Standby Router Protocol)
- Proficient in Cisco Switching concepts:
- VLAN (Virtual LAN)
- VTP (VLAN Trunking Protocol)
- EtherChannel
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.
