Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor data center systems and alerts (servers, network, power, cooling)
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of server, network, and hardware issues
  • Handle rack & stack , cabling, labeling, and asset management
  • Assist with server installation, replacement, and decommissioning
  • Monitor power, UPS, generators, and cooling systems
  • Respond to incidents and follow SOPs and escalation procedures
  • Create and update tickets and documentation
  • Support backup checks and basic restore tasks
  • Ensure compliance with data center safety and security policies


Its a backfill role that means engineer needs to go 2 days to the site that is Tuesday, Thursday.
