Key Skills & Experience
7+ years of professional experience in enterprise networking/security.
Strong hands-on expertise with:
Cisco Wireless (C9800 controllers & APs)
Palo Alto NGFW (with Panorama)
Familiarity with SilverPeak SD-WAN.
Practical experience with monitoring tools (Cisco DNA Center, SolarWinds, Infoblox, etc.).
Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and VPN solutions.
Proficiency in ServiceNow as an ITSM tool.
Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.

Network & Wireless Operations
Administer and maintain Cisco Wireless Infrastructure (C9800 controllers and access points), ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
Perform wireless configuration, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades.
Collaborate with vendors on RMA, bug fixes, and feature requests.
