Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Augment the client's System Management Office (SMO) reporting to the client's System Managers and collaborating with End Users to provide oversight on the operations and maintenance activities for data network systems.
  • Responsibilities include but not limited to Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Obsolescence and Vulnerabilities Management, Risk Management, Governance and Compliance Management, Quality Management and Service Improvement.
  • Manage Vendor's O&S team in conducting fault analysis, problem resolution, preventive maintenance, obsolescence management, change management and vulnerabilities tracking, patch management, etc.
  • Engage End Users for investigation and troubleshooting of network faults/issues, scheduling of onsite activities, and ensuring respective Vendors are triggered to address incidents in a timely manner and perform onsite activities to meet expect SLA.
