Network Engineer

ViewQwest is looking to expand the network operation team to support our growing business. The operation team ensures that our clients' (both corporate and consumer businesses) requests are met in a timely and professional manner.

This role oversees the complex network components and will be responsible in network management. An important function of this role is the Service Management such that the candidate would be required to monitor the system, recognize alerts, diagnose issues, track, send out notifications, and be able to do troubleshooting when the system malfunctions. This role will also have the opportunity to work with various internal teams and vendors.

• Assist in FTTx network implementation.
• Troubleshoot IP services, networks & FTTx issues, and ensure that all escalation issues are resolved
