JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

SolarWinds Monitoring

• Install, configure, and maintain SolarWinds Orion modules (NPM, NCM, SAM, VNQM, etc.).
• Create and optimize polling engines, custom alerts, dashboards, and reports.
• Perform SolarWinds upgrades, patching, and database maintenance.
• Troubleshoot SolarWinds performance issues and ensure high availability of monitoring tools.

Network (Data) Support

• Provide L2/L3 support for Routing & Switching technologies (Cisco/Juniper/HP).
• Troubleshoot network issues related to LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and load balancing.
• Work with network teams to ensure device onboarding into SolarWinds.
