The role requires strong network engineering fundamentals and hands‑on tooling expertise across on‑prem and cloud environments.Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Network Engineer / Tooling SME.

Strong background in network engineering and operational support environments.

Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations between network monitoring tools and ITSM platforms ( ServiceNow).

Expertise configuring and optimising network observability tools across on prem and cloud platforms.

Proficiency with: SolarWinds (on prem and cloud observability), Cisco & Meraki networking solutions and Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager
