Job Description
Amentum is seeking a Network Engineer to support the Space Force Range contract.
Essential Functions
Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network
Ensure adequate operational spares, supplies and consumables are on hand to support Operation and Maintenance (O&M) tasks and objectives
Oversee the setup and operation of mission equipment to ensure all requirements are satisfied according to mission documentation
Provide day-to-day support of the Mission Enterprise Network
Monitor network performance and integrity
Troubleshoot network connectivity between layers 1-4
Suggest and implement improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
Remediate network vulnerabilities
Perform scheduled and emergency network maintenance
