Responsibilities:

The network expert team is part of the customer services group, as a Network Expert you will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues.

  • Ensure 24/7 availability of our network, handling day-to-day production network issues.
  • Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks.
  • Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.
  • Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts.
  • Investigate and resolve network related issues.
  • The position requires on-call duties.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 year’s hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies.
  • Must have experience with strong routing and switching concepts – CCNP advantage.
  • Must have experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching.
  • Must have experience with routing protocols, BGP - a must.
  • Knowledge with HTTP/s protocol, load balancer and operating systems (Linux) – An advantage
  • Strong in Layers 3, 4, & 7
  • Good communication skills and experience working with customers – a must.
  • Knowledge of security appliances (such as firewalls) and experience with Radware security and ADC products – significant advantage
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python – advantage
  • Ability to collaborate, sync and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution.
  • Multitasking and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with Radware services and products – An advantage
