Network Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview

Highly skilled and self-driven Network & Security Engineer with expertise in designing, installing, maintaining, and evaluating complex network systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching, Fortigate firewalls, Cisco Meraki wireless networks, and Velocloud SD-WAN solutions. A strong understanding of cloud security platforms like Zscaler and experience with F5 technologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade network infrastructure.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching environments.
• Manage Fortigate firewall configurations and policies.
• Deploy and support Cisco Meraki wireless networks.
• Administer Velocloud SD-WAN solutions.
• Evaluate and enhance network performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud security solutions.
• Work independently to resolve complex network issues.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Cisco Routing & Switching
• Strong experience with Fortigate Firewalls
• Strong experience with Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi Networks
• Strong experience with Velocloud SD-WAN
• Solid understanding of Cloud Security Solutions (Azure preferred)
• Experience with Network Automation (Python, Ansible)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Should be willing to work on Shifts when required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with F5 Load Balancers / Application Delivery Controllers
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure Networking & Security
