Network Support Professional

The primary objective of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to customers. This involves responding to service requests, replicating customer scenarios, communicating with internal teams regarding bugs and fixes, and maintaining records of customer issues.

This position requires a solid understanding of data networks fundamentals including network equipment and protocols. The ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English is also essential.

  • Solid Data Networks Fundamentals
In addition to the mandatory skills, experience using Spirent Communications test equipment would be beneficial. Formal training or certification in networking concepts such as Cisco could also be advantageous.
