Job Title: Network Infrastructure Technician
Location: Washington, DC - (On-Site 5 days a week)
Type: Contract
Contractor Work Model: On-site
Security Clearance: Per government contract, must be a US citizen and able to obtain or have a Public Trust clearance.
We are seeking two Network Infrastructure Technicians to support a large-scale office and data center network relocation. These technicians will assist network engineers with safely moving, installing, racking, and cabling network equipment and ensuring LAN connectivity is restored correctly.
This role requires careful handling of production equipment and solid understanding of physical networking.
Responsibilities
• Assist with moving and staging network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, racks)
• Rack and mount network hardware properly
• Install and remove network cabling (copper and fiber)
