Job Summary

We are looking for a Network L1 – Data Engineer to provide first-level support for enterprise data network operations. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving basic network issues related to LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and connectivity, while ensuring high availability and adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and availability using NMS tools and dashboards.

Provide Level 1 support for data network incidents related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

Perform basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and network links.
