• Minimum 8-10 Years in Core Networking experience
• Must Have customer facing experience
• Minimum CCNP Certified and one firewall /NAC / SDWAN /cloud certified.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Incident management and Change management experience
• Excellent Written and verbal Communication skills
• Mentoring skills/Time management/Deligation
• Good-to-Have Skills:
• Hands on experience in Network access control ,VMWare SDWAN
• Hands on experience in Aruba , Brocade , HP and Juniper switches
• Hands on expeience in PaloAlto, Juniper , Checkpoint firewall
• Experience in IT/OT network segregation
• Responsibilities:
• Technical Lead who need to Understand & Assist Business Requirements from Network in Projects and BAU area
• Day to Day Customer interaction for Network related operations, Customer site reporting for meetings / discussions
• Coordination with Security, Functional/technical, Data Center/Storage teams for Network related issues / requirements / Interaction with larger TCS for new requirements, solutions, Service improvements
• Responsible for leading the Network BAU operations, monitoring, reporting, team management, network new requirements deliverables, Incident,Problem, Change Management, Project Management, Responsible for SLA based services using ITILV3 processes.

• We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. he will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.
• Engage directly with customers to understand and address their network-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated technical issues, maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the resolution process.
• Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures and solutions.
• Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting and problem resolution, ensuring optimal network performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Project Management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Act as a technical advisor, providing insights and recommendations to both internal teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and customer interactions.Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures.
