Network L3 Engineer
Networking
Minimum 8-10 Years in Core Networking experience
Must Have customer facing experience
Minimum CCNP Certified and one firewall /NAC / SDWAN /cloud certified.
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, Qo S)
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Incident management and Change management experience
Excellent Written and verbal Communication skills
Mentoring skills/Time management/Deligation
Good-to-Have Skills:
Hands on experience in Network access control , VMWare SDWAN
Hands on experience in Aruba , Brocade , HP and Juniper switches
Hands on expeience in Palo Alto, Juniper , Checkpoint firewall
Experience in IT/OT network segregation
Responsibilities:
Technical Lead who need to Understand & Assist Business Requirements from Network in Projects and BAU area
Day to Day Customer interaction for Network related operations, Customer site reporting for meetings / discussions
Coordination with Security, Functional/technical, Data Center/Storage teams for Network related issues / requirements / Interaction with larger TCS for new requirements, solutions, Service improvements
Responsible for leading the Network BAU operations, monitoring, reporting, team management, network new requirements deliverables, Incident, Problem, Change Management, Project Management, Responsible for SLA based services using ITILV3 processes.
Production Support
We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. he will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.
Engage directly with customers to understand and address their network-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated technical issues, maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the resolution process.
Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures and solutions.
Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting and problem resolution, ensuring optimal network performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Project Management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Act as a technical advisor, providing insights and recommendations to both internal teams and customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and customer interactions. Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures.
