Network LAN Engineer - Cisco ACI, Cisco NEXUS

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN and WLAN) involving Datacentres, Campus offices etc around Cisco Nexus and ACI Technologies.
• Configure and install Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco WLC and other Cisco network devices. This includes routing via VMWare NSX products.
• Monitor/Administer network health check, performance and integrity (BAU), which may include weekends, if needed
• Resolve BAU operational issues within the agreed timeframe.
• Mentor L1 team members on technical issues
• Communicate with users when needed
• Maintain complete technical documentation
• Suggest improvements to network performance, automation, capacity and scalability
• Perform 24x7 standby (on rotation) and participate/solve in Sev1 incidents.

Mandatory Requirements

• Min. 5+ years of related working experience with Cisco ACI and or Cisco Nexus Switches e.g. OTV, VPC, V...
