Network & Microsoft 365 Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on  Network & Microsoft 365 Administrator  to manage and secure our IT environment for users across multiple locations. The role requires strong experience with  ManageEngine tools ,  Microsoft 365 design and administration , endpoint security, and DLP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage  Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, MFA, Conditional Access)
  

• Implement and manage  ManageEngine DLP and endpoint management solutions
  

• Manage Active Directory, user access, onboarding/offboarding
  

• Remote management, patching, and maintenance of laptops/desktops
  

• Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection policies
  

• Maintain IT audits for hardware, software, licenses, and access
  

• Manage secure networks across locations
  

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with  ManageEngine (DLP / Endpoint Central)
  

• Strong expertise in  Microsoft 365 design, implementation & administration
  

• Experience in endpoint security, patch management, and audits
  

• Basic networking and security knowledge
  

Preferred

• Microsoft certifications (M365 / Azure)
  

• Experience managing IT for multi-location team
