Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on  Network & Microsoft 365 Administrator  to manage and secure our IT environment for users across multiple locations. The role requires strong experience with  ManageEngine tools Microsoft 365 design and administration , endpoint security, and DLP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage  Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, MFA, Conditional Access)

  • Implement and manage  ManageEngine DLP and endpoint management solutions

  • Manage Active Directory, user access, onboarding/offboarding

  • Remote management, patching, and maintenance of laptops/desktops

  • Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection policies

  • Maintain IT audits for hardware, software, licenses, and access

  • Manage secure networks across locations

Mandatory Skills

  • Hands-on experience with  ManageEngine (DLP / Endpoint Central)

  • Strong expertise in  Microsoft 365 design, implementation & administration

  • Experience in endpoint security, patch management, and audits

  • Basic networking and security knowledge

Preferred

  • Microsoft certifications (M365 / Azure)

  • Experience managing IT for multi-location team




Requirements
Required Qualifications: Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in promoting IT services or technology solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Skills: Proven experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Strong understanding of content marketing and inbound marketing strategies. Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot). Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Soft Skills: Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to new digital trends. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing and technology trends.
