Network Modeler - GIS/ADMS

They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability.</b></p> <p><b>Job Title:</b> Network Modeler GIS/ADMS</p> <p><b>Location:</b> Green Bay or Milwaukee, WI or Remote</p> <p><b>Employment Type:</b> Temp-to-Hire</p> <p> </p> <b>Role Overview</b> <p>We are seeking a <b>Network Modeler</b> to support our GIS operations on the <b>Schneider Electric ADMS</b> platform. This role will focus on creating, maintaining, and analyzing electrical network models while providing testing and troubleshooting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, ADMS platforms, and GIS technologies.</p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b> <ul> <li>Create and maintain <b>network models</b> within the ADMS system.</li> <li>Load and manage data within the <b>ADMS platform</b>, ensuring accuracy and integrity.</li> <li>Provide <b>testing, analysis, and troubleshooting</b> for network models and electrical systems.</li> <li>Develop practical solutions for electrical network issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and enhancements.</li> <li>Utilize <b>ArcGIS</b> skills to support GIS-related tasks (helpful but not mandatory).</li> </ul> <b>Requirements</b> <ul> <li><b>Experience:</b> 4 7 years in network modeling, ADMS, or related GIS/electrical roles.</li> <li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor's degree required.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of <b>electrical networks</b>, troubleshooting, and solution development.</li> <li>Familiarity with <b>ADMS platforms</b>, preferably <b>Schneider Electric ADMS</b>.</li> <li>Experience with <b>ArcGIS</b> is highly desirable.</li> <li>Must be able to work <b>onsite or hybrid</b> in Green Bay or Milwaukee.</li> </ul> <b>Interview Process</b> <ul> <li><b>1 round of interviews</b> (1-hour Webex session).</li> </ul> <p>This role is ideal for candidates who are <b>hands-on, technically skilled, and able to manage network modeling projects in a GIS/ADMS environment</b>, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>About MARS Solutions Group:</b><br /> MARS Solutions Group provides a range of opportunities for meaningful work by understanding that employment fit is a combination of people, process, and technology.
