Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for an experienced NOC Engineer to join our Engineering team at Broadvoice. You'll be part of a mission-critical function responsible for monitoring, responding to alerts, and executing operational tasks that keep our global infrastructure running smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor infrastructure across 5 colocation datacenters, 4 client-premises sites, and 5 AWS regions
Respond to alarms and internal tickets, escalating as needed
Execute operational tasks using predefined playbooks and procedures
Collaborate with Infrastructure and SRE teams to ensure system stability and performance
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in a NOC environment
Strong Linux system administration skills
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls)
Experience with monitoring tools and incident response workflows
