Network Operations Engineer
Job Description:
• Good at troubleshooting, setting up, fine-tuning, and testing dynamic routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP, and can handle tricky routing table issues.
• Having experience with EVPN and VXLAN is a big plus.
• Know how to work with Application Load Balancers like F5 Big IP LTM/GTM or Citrix NetScaler.
• Comfortable with WLANs and other wireless networks, especially using Cisco and Juniper MIST.
• Familiar with ServiceNow ITSM for managing incidents, changes, and problems.
• Basic skills with tools like Wireshark, Kentik, Prometheus, or other monitoring tools.
• Some Linux knowledge is a bonus.
• If you've worked with automation using SaltStack or Python, that's definitely a plus.
