:

1. Ensuring all network infrastructure runs within the agreed SLA (availability, performance and security)
2. Ensuring that all network infrastructure are managed to the appropriate level of security patches, software/firmware revisions and supported versions.
3. Executing projects to ensure delivery is according to scope, budget and timeline
4. Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
5. Executing continuous improvement plans.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Have good IT network technical knowledge at least 4 years of experiences.
  • Have good knowledge in IT network technology LAN, WAN, VSAT, Telco and PBX system ,Cisco CCNA , WiFi, VPN, DHCP, IP networking, firewalls, router.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skill with internal and external party.
  • Have ability to work in multiple countries and overseas IT Infrastructure Network project.
  • Good command in English both writing and speaking.
