A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager to oversee network operations and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong networking background and hands-on technical expertise to ensure optimal service performance and compliance with SLAs. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end operations for enterprise customers, serving as the primary point of contact for operational issues, and driving continuous service improvement. Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint Firewalls, and ITIL-based environments is preferred.
