Network Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Network Operations Specialist at Marsh, you will enhance operational efficiency by improving processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams, all while providing essential server support and managing project-related changes.
We will count on you to:
Provide continuous management reporting on the status of issues and resolutions.
Develop and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
Review and report on incident trending and top incidents for remediation.
Communicate effectively with diverse audiences both orally and in writing.
Monitor compliance with service management SLAs and provisioning SLAs.
