Network Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Network Operations Specialist at Marsh, you will enhance operational efficiency by improving processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams, all while providing essential server support and managing project-related changes.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide continuous management reporting on the status of issues and resolutions.
  • Develop and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
  • Review and report on incident trending and top incidents for remediation.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences both orally and in writing.
  • Monitor compliance with service management SLAs and provisioning SLAs.
