Network Optimization Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to support user experience, system development and AI-driven initiatives . This role is responsible for managing internal tools, monitoring server performance (including speed testing), and researching, deploying, and maintaining AI-enabled applications . The position also involves maintaining and validating foundational wireless network data and parameters, managing work orders, and proactively monitoring, analyzing, and resolving user experience issues across mobile and data services to ensure optimal network performance and service quality.
