As we strengthen our end-to-end supply chain, we are seeking a forward-thinking, transformation-driven Network Optimization Manager to join our Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE). This high-impact role will shape the future of ADM’s global manufacturing and warehousing networks through analytics, strategic design, and data-driven decision-making. This role can be based in Valencia, or Heidelburg, Germany.

As the Network Optimization Manager, you will lead the evaluation, design, and optimization of ADM’s manufacturing and warehousing networks. You’ll develop long-term asset master plans, model future scenarios, and identify value-generating opportunities aligned with our multi-year Global Supply Chain strategy.
