What will you be doing?

As the Network Performance Lead, you’ll be responsible for maximising the use of Roam’s charging network by attracting new drivers, re‑engaging existing users, and continuously improving the customer journey. This includes but is not limited to:

• Owning and driving Roam’s utilisation strategy with full accountability for improving charger usage across the network.
• Leading with fresh, creative ideas to attract drivers and increase repeat usage.
• Constantly engaging with drivers and site partners to understand behaviours, barriers and opportunities.
